A Curio Cabinet In Your Pocket

Every strange find deserves its own case file.

Jestory: Curious Finds turns odd objects, unexplained marks, and pocket-sized mysteries into an evolving personal archive β€” one card, one theory, one discovery at a time.

"Not everything found needs an explanation right away. It needs a place to be kept until it does."
What's Inside

Four drawers of the archive

Everything you need to document a find and let it grow into something bigger.

πŸ—‚οΈ

Unique Artifact Cards

Every object gets its own card β€” photo, name, and a growing dossier of details that belong to it alone.

πŸ”

Room for Observation

Log discovery history, appearance, symbols, and features exactly as you noticed them, at your own pace.

🧭

Your Own Theories

Write down hunches and half-formed explanations. Nothing needs to be certain to be worth recording.

πŸ“œ

From Find to Case

Watch entries evolve from unknown finds into carefully examined, classified pieces of your collection.

πŸ•―οΈ

Archive Atmosphere

No sterile spreadsheets β€” just the hush of a private research room built for quiet cataloguing.

πŸ”—

Threads You Return To

A living collection of mysteries and stories you'll want to reopen, expand, and reconsider later.

Field Notes

Appearance: Tarnished disc, unfamiliar script along the rim.

Observation: Warmer to the touch than the coin beside it.

Working Theory: Possibly a token, possibly something else entirely.

Status: Under Investigation

This is what a card feels like.

Click the specimen to flip it. In the app, every real find you log opens into a page exactly like this β€” built by you, filled in over time, and never quite finished.

About Us

Keepers of the Ordinary Made Strange

πŸ”Ž

We're a small team obsessed with the objects everyone else walks past β€” the odd bottle cap, the mismatched key, the mark on a wall no one can explain. Jestory: Curious Finds is the archive we always wished we had for them.

πŸ—ΊοΈ

Our mission is simple: give curiosity a home. Instead of letting strange finds get forgotten in a camera roll, we built a place where each one is treated as evidence worth examining, however small or unexplained.

πŸ“–

The app gives you a dedicated card for every object β€” space for its photo, its name, its discovery story, its features and symbols, your observations, and your own theories about where it came from and what it means.

πŸ•΅οΈ

It matters because looking closely changes things. Familiar objects start to look different, ordinary finds start to feel like part of something larger, and your collection becomes less a catalog and more a private investigation in progress.

🏺

Jestory: every strange thing you find deserves a file of its own.

Privacy Policy

Your Archive Stays Yours

Effective Date: March 2026

Jestory: Curious Finds was built to hold your discoveries, notes, and theories β€” not to collect data about you. This policy explains, plainly, what that means in practice.

1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing. Jestory does not gather your name, email, location, device identifiers, usage statistics, or any other personal information. There is no sign-up, so there is nothing tied to you to begin with.

2. How We Use Information

Because no information is collected, none is analyzed, profiled, aggregated, or sold. Your artifact cards, photos, and theories exist for your eyes only β€” we simply have no access to them.

3. Data Storage

Every card you create β€” its photo, discovery history, appearance notes, symbols, and personal theories β€” is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud server, and we do not operate any backend that could receive it.

4. Third-Party Services

Jestory does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking software of any kind. No data ever leaves your device to reach us or anyone else.

5. Data Security

Since your archive lives entirely on your own device rather than in transit or in a remote database, it is never exposed to network interception, server breaches, or third-party access on our end.

6. Children's Privacy

Jestory does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data collection occurs for any user, the app is inherently compliant with children's privacy protections such as COPPA.

7. Your Control

There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored on our servers to request or delete. You remain in full control of your archive at all times, and uninstalling the app removes its locally stored contents from your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

Should this policy ever be updated β€” for instance, if new features are introduced β€” the revised version will be published within the app with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy or how Jestory handles (or rather, doesn't handle) data can be sent to privacy@jestoryapp.com.
